Grade A Medium Amber Maple Syrup
Is one grade darker than Light Amber in color with more maple flavor. Great on pancakes, french toast or corn fritters.
Grade A Dark Amber Maple Syrup
Is still darker with a strong maple aftertaste. Use in yogurt, milkshakes, to sweeten coffee or tea, but lots of people like this on pancakes and french toast too.
